He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Perry, Sr. and Annabelle Setzer Perry; his siblings, Jim Perry and Judy King; and his sons, Virgil Perry (Sharon Perry) and Robert Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Mills-Perry; his sons, Jimmy Ray Perry and Daylen Mills; his stepson Matthew Mills; and his siblings, Claude Perry and Analou Shrewsberry. He is also survived by ten grandkids and eight great grandkids.
