He is survived by: his parents, James Fannin and Joanie Spence Hill; his son Kevin Lee Spence (Thomasina Wallen); his stepmother Carol Fannin; and his siblings, Jamie Spence, Jason Spence (Kala), Corey HIll (Kendra), Wesley Fannin (Claudia), Joseph Fannin (Tammy), David Hill (Sarah), Edna Simpkins (Brandon), Tabitha Hill (Bradon), Brittany Hogstein (Brandon), Davina Bragg (David) and Madison McKinnon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
