He is survived by: his wife Helen Annette Ayscue; his daughter Rebecca White (James) of Knoxville, TN; his sisters, Sherry Muncy (Quincy), Lynn Smith, Paula Maynard (Larry) and Pam Coleman (Jim) of Charleston, WV.; his grandchildren, Alexis Paige Sweeney and Corey White; and his nieces and nephews, Shaun Varney, Daniel Smith, Devan Martin, Holly Napier and Marquette Vanhoose.
