He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Weddington and Susie Weddington (Bunch); his wife Ava Weddington (Horn); his son Johnathan Weddington; and his sister Dorothy Gross.
He is survived by: his children, Dean Weddington (Debbie) of Tennessee, Todd Weddington (Jennifer) of Tennessee and Melissa Biggers (Chris) of Tennessee; and his sisters, Mae Cochran (Herbert) of Pikeville, KY., Jettan Burnette (Jimmy) of Pikeville, KY., Avonella Mitchell of Pikeville, KY., Rita Carter (David) of Pikeville, KY. and Sandra Slone of Pikeville, KY.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
