He was predeceased by: his father Bennie Maynard; and his brother Jeffery Maynard. He is survived by: his wife Marlana Fannin Maynard; his daughters, Kassady Fannin (Bruce Bowen) of Tomahawk, KY, Kaitlyn Maynard of Tomahawk, KY, Kennedi Maynard of Tomahawk, KY and Macee Maynard of Tomahawk, KY; his sister Stephanie Hobbs of Lovely, KY.; and his grandchild Jaylin Rose Bowen.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to assist with funeral expenses.
