He is survived by: his siblings, Glenn Penix (Josie) of Tomahawk, KY, Callista Meade of Nippa, KY, Donna Jenkins of Inez, KY and Kathy Blevins (Jerry) of Tomahawk, KY.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
