He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Fraley and Pauline Sammons Fraley; his brother Robert Fraley; and his siblings-in-law, Mitchell Horn and Brenda Fraley.
He is survived by: his children, Toby and Lexi; his sisters, Linda McCoart (Mac) of Tomahawk, KY, Patricia Horn of Tomahawk, KY and Judy Logan (Tim) of Catlettsburg, KY.; and his cousins, Claudean Williamson, James Willard Mollette and Deborah Ramey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
