She is survived by: her husband James Phillip "Jimmy" Wells; her daughters, Kimberly Blair (Russell) of Tomahawk, KY and Karen Wells of Tomahawk, KY; her sisters, Zanna Rash of Auburndale, FL, Dorothy Bostleman (Ed) of Haviland, OH, Sandra Wells of Tomahawk, KY, Leona Gamble (Harry) of Tomahawk, KY. and Yvonne Ward (Homer) of Tomahawk, KY.; and her grandchildren, Brooke Blair and Tristan Blair.
