He is survived by: his children, Ralph Watts of Ranger, WV, Michael Maynard of Columbus, OH, Kevin Lee Maynard of Columbus, OH, Tina Marie Maynard of Columbus, OH, Hope Maynard of Columbus, OH, Shawnittia Maynard of Paducah, FL and Wanda Carol Maynard of Inez, KY; his sisters, Bertha Lambert of Ranger, WV, Alma Maynard of Ranger, WV, Odessa Brooks of Ohio and Juanita Messer of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Ryan Buskirk, Haley Maynard, Aaron Jude, Alexander Jude, Sebastian Wyatt Jude, Shawna Nicole Jude and Kelli Stacy. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
