He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dencil and Patricia Harlene Keen Preston. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Preston of Tomahawk, KY; his children, Shannon Preston (Chad) and Billy Justin Preston (Della); his siblings, Connie Preston Mills and Gary Preston; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Fannin, Noah Fannin (Pheo), Morgan Fannin and Raylan Preston.
