She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Scott and Mary Nichols Scott; her husband Charles Clark; her stepfather Ithel Smith; her brother Michael Scott; and her pet Buddy.
She is survived by: her children, Amie Turner (Bryan) of Georgetown, Timothy Hord of Lexington and Andrew Blake (Angela) of Florida; her grandchildren, Kristen Jackson, Kayla Humphries (Justin), Austin Hord, Chandler Hord, Tayshaun Alexander, Treyvaughn Alexander, DeMarrion Alexander, Keyen Blake, Shi Ledford (Jacob) and Farha Turner; and her siblings, Karla Klover, Sharon Applegate (Ronnie), Rebecca Moore (Steven), Jason Smith (Michelle) and Mark Scott (Danita).
