She was predeceased by: her son Christopher Dale "Chris" Helphenstine; her siblings, Joseph Allen Berry, Johnny Berry, Tommy Berry, Mary Rigdon and Janet Barnett; and her nephew Robert Berry.
She is survived by: her husband Danny Lee Helphenstine; her son Brian Helphenstine (Bridgett); her daughter-in-law Julie Wills Helphenstine; and her grandchildren, Bryson Dean Helphenstine, Ethan Lee Helphenstine, Tierra Tully, Mikayla Cox and Mikina Cox.
