He is survived by: his father Jerry Bloomfield; his nieces and nephews, Sonia, Randy, Jerrica, Brandon, Tori, Chloee, Ava, Gavin, Katie, Savannah and Ethan; his close friend Amanda Carr; and his children, Caylin, Evan, Jaelee, Evelyn Sharp, Tyler, Shelby and Shawna Angeles. He is also survived by Aunts, uncles, cousins & great nieces and nephews.
