She was predeceased by: her father Billie L. Hay; her husband Dave Osborne; and her brother Timothy Wayne Hay. She is survived by: her mother Opal Ruth Marshall Hay; her stepson Jamie Osborne (Angel); her stepgrandson Braxten Osborne; her siblings, Joyce Ann Pollitt (Gus) and David Lee Hay (Bettina); her nieces and nephews, Stephanie Clark (Jon), Daniel Pollitt (Adrienne), Charlie Hay, Elijah Hay, Delilah Hay and Trayton Henderson; and her great-niece Alexa. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
