She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alexander Hamilton and Nola Jane Fryman Hamilton; her husband Estill Dugan; her son Jeff Dugan; and her siblings, Alex "Peanuts" Hamilton, Charles "Bill Pie" Hamilton, Cecil "Herman" Hamilton, Leonard Hamilton and Francis Plummer.
She is survived by: her sons, Malhon Dugan of Tollesboro and Tracy (Ruth Dugan) of Tollesboro; her grandchildren, Joey Dugan, Amanda, Robbie Workman, Tracy Dugan Jr., Greg Dugan, Heather Dugan, Jeffry and Chelsea Fryman; her great grandchildren, Kimberly Dugan (Chandler Dodson), Megan Dugan, Madison Dugan, Hailey Workman, Isabella Workman, Isaac Workman, Bryson Dugan, Jeffrey Fryman and Jadyn Fryman; her grandson Brother David Fryman; and her sisters-in-law, Elsie Hamilton, Margret Leet and Mary Alice Grayson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Revive Pentacostal Church (9633 Mason Lewis Rd, Maysville, KY 41056). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
