She is survived by: her husband David Bowling of Thousandsticks, KY.; her daughters, Tammy Cornett (Jim), Kathy Cornett (Steve) and Kendra Conway (John); her stepsons, Michael Bowling (Danielle) and David Bowling; her sisters, Barbara Collett (Ancil), Debbie Smith, Lisa Bailey (Dale) and Essie; and her grandchildren, Joshua Cornett, Aaron Cornett, Jason Cornett, Melissa Morgan, Tina Morgan, Tracy Chappell, Justin Chappell, James Cornett, Daniel Cornett, Brittany Cornett, Mark Cornett, Steven Cornett, Little David Bowling, Lexis Bowling, Cole Bowling, Kaylee Bowling, Nathan Gonzales, Samantha Gonzales, Bella Gonzales and Elea Gonzales. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
