She is survived by: her husband Sheridan Osborne of Thousandsticks, KY; her daughter Teresa Gail Osborne of Middletown, OH; her siblings, Barney Smith (Sue) of Hyden, KY, Elisha Smith (Jewell) of Barbourville, KY, Eddie Dean Smith (Jeanette) of Manchester, KY, Lona Jean Simpson of Asher, KY, Ailene Adams of Stinnett, KY and Margaret Hoskins of London, KY; her grandson Josh Ridenour; and her close friends, Tami Barnett and Dawn Sanders. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
