She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Fultz and Blanche Cloud Fultz; her daughter Beryl A. Russell; and her grandson Jacob Russell. She is survived by: her husband Teddy W. Ratliff; her son William Allen Russell of Thornton; her siblings, Mack Fultz of Thornton and Peggy Maggard of Rockhouse; her grandsons, Steven Russell, Burl Douglas Russell and Silas C. Osborn; and her great grandchild Sadie A. Osborn.
