He is survived by: his wife Debbie White Arrowood; his daughters, Stephanie Arrowood of Middletown, Amy Elizabeth Ward of Salyersville and Emilee Marie Arrowood of Paintsville, Kentucky; his sister Sandra Arrowood of Thelma, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Brayden Caudill, Shelby Osborne, Kaitlin Ward, Zoey Ward, Ashley Jaynes Todd, Miranda Conley Boyd, Lily Ferguson and Harrison Blanton; and his great grandchildren, Taten Todd, Abel Todd and Noah Howard.
