He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollie Crisp and Dorothy Crisp; and his sister Barbara Faye Crisp. He is survived by: his wife Frankie Chapman Crisp; his son Hollie Ervin Crisp II of Grayson, KY; his granddaughters, Ava and Addy Crisp; and his siblings, Marvin Crisp (Betty) of Georgia, Paul Crisp (Charlene) of Ohio, Claude Crisp (Janet) of North Carolina, Bernice (Ron), Olive Dortch (Steve) of Tennessee, Emma Echols (Jim) of North Carolina and Rita Osborne (John) of Florida.
