He was predeceased by: his parents, Isom Couch and Mary Halcomb Couch; and his siblings, Darrell, Bethel, Charles Couch and Thelma Jean Couch.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Couch of Slemp; his siblings, Vernon Couch of Letcher Co, Jimmy Ray Couch of Vicco, Wanda Watts of Slemp and Linda Coots of Slemp; and his grandchildren, Ritchie Cheyenne Couch, Katelyn Sue Couch, Dylan Chase Couch and Laura Elizabeth Couch.
