He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosha Margaret (Patterson) and Charles Roger Brewer, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Brewer (Baumgardner); his children, Charles Roger Brewer III, Monica Price and Debbie Hillard; his grandson Matt Price; and his siblings, Kenny Brewer and Brenda Koch. He is also survived by son; 11 great grandchildren.
