He was predeceased by: his father William Madison; and his son Charles Franklin Mollett Jr.. He is survived by: his children, James Mollett (Sherri), Johnny Mollett, Debra Kessinger (Mike), Carolyn Sue, Barbara Weddington (Greg) and Kimberly Mollett; and his brother Robert Mollett. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
