He is survived by: his wife Betty Carol King Castle; his children, Joseph Castle (Mechell) of Thelma, Kentucky and Angela Castle of Thealka, Kentucky; his brother Verlin Castle (Kathy) of Thealka, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Mahayla Castle, Dylan Castle, Garret McCarty and Nathanael McCarty. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
