She is survived by: her daughter Debra Lynn Stapleton of Thealka, Kentucky; her grandson Tanner Carroll of Georgetown, Kentucky; her nephew Freddie Ratliff of Berea, Kentucky; and her friends, Jim, Sara Daniels of Paintsville, Kentucky and Garland Fitch.
