He is survived by: his son Stephen Bush of Fairborn, Ohio; and his siblings, Tommy Bush of Sitka, Johnny Bush of Auxier, Kentucky, Cleva Mae Caudill of Thealka, Regina Salyer of Salyersville and Debra Ratliff of Hager Hill, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
