He was predeceased by: his parents, Brad Napier and Dixie Napier (Middleton); his wife Barbara (Sellers); and his siblings, Donnie Napier, Rick Napier, Mike Napier, Hen Stewart, Dale Stewart, Jeff Long and Norma Napier.

He is survived by: his son Ralph Jr.; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Chamberlain (Drew) and Damon Napier; his great grandchild Andrea Napier; his nephews, Rodney, Sam and Sellers; and his sisters, Pat Hilburn and Connie Napier. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
