He was predeceased by: his brother Kris Sawka. He is survived by: his parents, Rebecca Jewell of Bloomfield and Pat Bennett of Taylorsville; his siblings, Laurin Nichole Bennett of Louisville, Kelli Brook Mathews of Taylorsville, Erik Sawka of Taylorsville and Brent Peyton (Tammy) of Taylorsville; and his nieces and nephews, Gavin of Hallie, KJ, Kaislee, Zoey, Garrett, Dalton and Sydney.
