He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lawson and Julia Jones Lawson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Griffith Lawson of Taylorsville; his daughters, Sherri L. Rogers (Bob) of Taylorsville and Wendy Custer (Sam) of Medina, Ohio; his grandchildren, Brittany Hardin (Colby) of Taylorsville, Amanda Chesser (Corey) of Taylorsville, Harry Custer and Allison Custer; his great grandchildren, Dakoda Chesser, Jordan Chesser, Jackson Hardin, Easton Hardin and Brooklyn Chesser; and his stepgrandchildren, Remey, Robert and Caitlyn. He is also survived by two brothers and two sisters.
