She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Buchanan; her parents, William Leslie Sr. and Maude Jackson Hornback; and her brothers, Les of Juanita, J. C. and Calvin Hornback.

She is survived by: her children, William T. Buchanan (Lynne), Daniel L. Buchanan (Marcella), Lisa K. Persinger (Bob) and Robin A. Zirnheld (John); and her brother Ted Hornback.

Memorial contributions in Wilma's name may be directed to Parkland Baptist Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
