He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Marion and Anna Lois Nation Harley; his brother James Wayne Harley; and the mother of his children Nellie Louise Speed Harley. He is survived by: his children, Tony Rodgers of Chaplin, Anna Harley of Frankfort, Kayla Harley of Taylorsville and Chelsea Harley of Taylorsville; and his siblings, Jessie Harley (Christa) of Taylorsville and Joann Harley of Taylorsville. He is also survived by his five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and great-nephews.
