With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willis Roy Harley of Taylorsville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 30, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Marion and Anna Lois Nation Harley; his brother James Wayne Harley; and the mother of his children Nellie Louise Speed Harley. He is survived by: his children, Tony Rodgers of Chaplin, Anna Harley of Frankfort, Kayla Harley of Taylorsville and Chelsea Harley of Taylorsville; and his siblings, Jessie Harley (Christa) of Taylorsville and Joann Harley of Taylorsville. He is also survived by his five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and great-nephews.
