He is survived by: his wife Diana Hauber; his daughters, Tammy Mize (Vaughn) and Charity Woolums (Richard); and his grandchildren, Andrew Mize (Rachel), Shawn Hauber, RJ Woolums, Lora Murphy (Chad), Ann Lindsey (Zach) and Destiny McDevitt (Luke). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
