He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Bentley. He is survived by: his wife Dory Holzknecht Duncan; his daughters, Theresa Moore and Tracy Day (Frank); his grandsons, JT, Tyler, Andrew and Tommy; his brothers, David, Gary and Terry Duncan; and his nephew Jimmy Duncan.
In his memory, the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Association and American Heart Association.
