He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Parks of Taylorsville; his children, Jessica Parks Millward (Nicholas) of Louisville, Spencer Parks of Louisville and Teddi Parks of Taylorsville; his sister Debbie Heavrin (Kenneth) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Lyra, Aiden and Logan; and his niece Whitney Fontaine of Louisville.
