She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Earl McCoy (Linda) of Louisville, KY, Jerry L. McCoy (Beth) of Taylorsville, KY, David Allen McCoy (Tina) of Irvington, KY, Mike W. McCoy (Angela) of Louisville, KY, Mark Mattingly of Irvington, KY and Todd Donaldson (Amy) of Louisville, KY; her stepson William Rucker (Shirley) of Louisville, KY; her daughter Peggy Lee Thurman of Irvington, KY; and her brother Larry Moore of Taylorsville, KY. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 30 great-great grandchildren.
