She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Louise Lois Holt Smith; and her sister Janet Williamson. She is survived by: her husband Bill Tinsley of Taylorsville; her sons, Jeff Tinsley (Cherry) of Mount Eden and Ralph Tinsley (Amanda) of Nicholasville; her siblings, Billy Smith of Cincinnati, Kevin Smith of Mount Eden and Sharon Stodghill of Southville; her nieces and nephews, Todd, Ben, Andy, Tarah and Maggie; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Kourtney, Molly, Sadie and Flint.
