We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2025, at the age of 77, Sandra Lee Hart of Taylorsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Ray Ulery and Frances Ulery (Mohr); and her brother Edward Ulery. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Hart; her daughters, Rhonda Shacklette, Donna Fortner, Christy Hart, Shannon Pitts (Paul) and Colleen Marples (Rusty); her grandchildren, Josh Shacklette (Tiffany), Jeremy Shacklette (Leslie), Makaela Fortner, Melissa Pitts and Seth Pitts; her great grandchildren, Carter, Dallas and Killian; and her brothers, Frank Ulery (Mary), Doug Ulery (Debbie), Dennis Ulery (Paula) and David "Buddy" Ulery.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the All Saints Catholic Church (410 Main Cross, Taylorsville, KY 40071).
