It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Harold Stapleton (Taylorsville, Kentucky), born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wince and Amanda Sarah Dennis Stapleton; and his son Russell David Stapleton. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Wayne Stapleton (Daphne) of Taylorsville, KY and Melissa Dawn Burgess of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Timothy Russell Stapleton, Thaddaeus Ryan Stapleton, Sarah Amanda Bolin (Matthew) and James Aaron Burgess (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Madalyn, Nathan, Camryn and Logan Bolin; and his friend Tim Stapleton. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
