He is survived by: his wife Mildred Washburn Felts; his sons, Tony Felts (Jennie) of Floyds Knobs, IN., Jason McKeen (Emily) of Cincinnati and Nick Felts (Ciara) of Jeffersonville, IN.; his stepdaughter Nicole Jolly (Dwayne) of Taylorsville; his brother Ronald Douglas Felts (Chong Hui) of Conway, SC.; and his granddaughters, Cynthia McKeen and Emma Jolly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
