He is survived by: his wife Terry Jean Coulter Shouse of Taylorsville; his daughters, Angela Shouse of Louisville and Ruby Juanita Shouse Lamkin of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Madison Lamkin of Bloomfield and Lucas Lamkin of Bloomfield; his stepdaughters, Carla Decker (Chris Smith) of Summer Shade and Kimberly Decker of Louisville; his stepgrandchildren, Chris, Dylan, Annabelle and Shelby; and his pet Lulu. He is also survived by his seven great-grandchildren.
