He was predeceased by: his mother Mable Reed; his siblings, Rebecca Cunningham, Dave and Donnie Reed; and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Amanda and Jessica Reed.

He is survived by: his children, Meghann Reed, Courtney Hardin (Chuck) and Jeremy Reed; his father Emil Reed; his brother Mike Reed (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Jaylah Tuten, Addyson Hardin, Kayden Hardin and Joey Reed.
