He is survived by: his wife Donna Mayberry Bulf; his children, Mary Ann Carden (Jeff) of Taylorsville, Pamela Shaw of Pensacola, FL. and Kenneth Bruce Merrill (Teresa) of High Ridge, MO.; and his brothers, Gerald Bulf (Marlee) of Fontana, CA. and David Bulf of Riverside, CA.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
