He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Jospeh and Marguerite Peggy Jenkins Madaffer; and his son Ronnie Madaffer. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay "Sandy" Clemons Madaffer; his sons, Tony Madaffer of Naples, FL. and Rick Madaffer (Norma) of Naples, FL.; his stepson Danny Clemons of Louisville; his sister Darlene Madaffer Manuel (Patrick) of Bonita Springs, FL.; and his sisters-in-law, Bonita Floyd (Ronnie) of Taylorsville and Pam Dowell (Larry) of Louisville. He is also survived by 6 grandsons, 2 great granddaughters and 3 great grandsons.
