He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Dillard and Alpha Goodlett Sharp; his wife Edna Ray Chesser Sharp; and his siblings, Leonard Sharp, Louise Hilbert, Clarence Sharp Jr., Thelma Burns and Earl Sharp.
He is survived by: his sister Catherine Wilson of Edinburgh, IN.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
