It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Ray Travis of Taylorsville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ray Travis; and his brother Jan Travis. He is survived by: his children, Phillip, Michelle, Dana and Heath; his close friend Betty Whitaker; his brother Anthony Travis (Betty); and also, Lonnie, Debbie, Norris Jr. and Marsha.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
