She is survived by: her husband Timothy Simmons; her son Edward Keith Royalty; her stepson Jacob Simmons; her grandchildren, Serena Royalty and Logan Royalty; her siblings, Gary Royalty (Cheryl), David Royalty (Brenda) and Dianna Davenport; her father-in-law Terrell Simmons; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Simmons (Tammy) and Teresa Wilder (Terry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
