He is survived by: his wife Mary Gray; his children, Peggy Cook of Frankfort, Amy Thomas (Roger) of Nicholasville, Jennifer Seaton (Aaron) of Taylorsville, Danny Cox (Dawn) of Taylorsville and Paul Anthony Cook (Theresa) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Daniel Cox, Courtney Cox, Patrick Cook, Andrew Cook, Aiken Seaton and Sophie Seaton; and his sisters, Lily Clark (Will Logan) of Southville, Nellie Nation of Shelbyville and Mary Leathers (Rudolph) of Bloomfield.
