She is survived by: her husband David Madison; her children, Dr. Brent Madison (Vicky), Lynn Marie Hunter (Chuck) and Michael David Madison (Hollie); and her sister Barbara Alvey (Ray). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
She was a native of Grayson County, Kentucky, member and Co-Pastor of the old Foundation Christian Center in Taylorsville.
