Frank, Sr.; her children, Norbert Frank, Jr., Natalie Parrish and Belvie; her sisters, Peggy McGraw and Johnita McGraw; her son-in-law Joseph Parrish; and her grandsons, Ethan, Lucas, Noah and Isaac.
