He was predeceased by: his parents, James Adcock and Betty Adcock; and his brother Jimmy Adcock. He is survived by: his children, Justin Shelburn, Michael Dylan Adcock, Amber Adcock (John Michael) and Shelby Mika Adcock (Corey); his siblings, Ricky (Nicole), Eddie Adcock (Rosie), Bonita Singleton (Terry) and Tonya Chesser (Darris); and his grandchildren, Peyton, Bubba, Aubrey, Rylan, Kinnley and Nolan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
